Coming in the new year Embody 2025  - a 12 week course commencing Wednesday 15th  January

Working together with Nurture Map creator Chris Bowness, we will be delivering 12 weeks support to create an embodied plan for the year ahead and beyond.

Consider skipping the traditional New Year’s resolutions and instead embracing an “anti-resolution” mindset and slowly creating the year you want blooming into spring . On the 15th January we are running our Embody course, for the second year running as we bring together Somatic Hypnotherapy and Nurture Map.  

This course is about bringing together our embodied, holistic and somatic approaches, together with the Nurture Map to support you in creating a powerful foundation for the year ahead.  

A foundation built on allowing you to approach the year ahead with more present, more grounded, and living more integrated into your life and the world around you. It also offers you the opportunity to refine success, purpose and even wealth on your own terms.  

This course offers a real alternative to the usual external goal setting, new years resolutions, 90 day type courses. Instead we will be creating a foundation which has you feeling more successful as the year goes on - not less.

This course is £120 with options to pay in full or pay £20 deposit and 4 monthly payments of £25 between January and April.
