Each year, Mental Health Awareness Week invites us to speak more openly about our mental wellbeing - and to take action.


Mental health isn’t just a state of mind - it’s a full-body experience.

And for many people, somatic-based practices are unlocking the kind of relief that traditional routes often cannot reach alone.

In England, approximately 1 in 4 adults experience a diagnosable mental health problem each year.


The Role of Somatic Hypnotherapy in Emotional Healing


Traditional talk therapy can be life changing. But for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it’s often the body that holds the key to deeper healing.


Somatic hypnotherapy is a gentle, powerful approach that helps clients explore stored emotional patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with parts of themselves they may have long shut down.

A guided session combining breathwork, light movement, and somatic techniques. Learn how to regulate your nervous system, process stored emotion, and build inner connection. Gentle, grounding, and trauma informed.


Find Your Power Animal Workshop


Rooted in ancient shamanic practice, this session invites you to journey into your subconscious with the help of drumming and guided meditation. Meet your power animal and explore the realms of inner wisdom and support.


Seeds to Success: Vision Mapping with The Nurture Map


Explore your values, strengths, and dreams in this self-actualisation workshop. Ideal for individuals and teams alike, participants create a practical, purpose-driven Nurture Map to guide their lives or collective mission.


Mindfulness Caterpillar Show (Children’s Workshop)


A puppet show with heart, humour, and healing. Through the story of three adventurous caterpillars, children learn breathing techniques and simple mindfulness tools to manage their big emotions. Includes a calming art activity.
