Happy New Year


Does anyone else feel like January lasts forever? It always seems to stretch on, doesn’t it? With all the “new year, new me” expectations, it’s easy to feel pressured to dive straight into big changes. But let’s not forget—winter is still here. The shorter days, colder mornings, and longer nights can be challenging, so it’s important to ease into the year with gentleness and patience.


Rather than overwhelming ourselves with unrealistic expectations, let’s focus on small, intentional steps. Take this time to turn inward, listen to your body, and honour what it needs. A simple morning practice can help—before you get out of bed, take a deep breath and ask yourself, “What does my body want me to know today? ”, Notice any thoughts, sensations, or feelings that arise. This kind of mindful check-in can be a powerful way to start your day with awareness and self-compassion.


Looking back at December, it was truly wonderful to connect with so many of you during our special offer period. Being part of your healing journey is always an honour. And here’s some good news: although the 50% discount has ended, the cost of Somatic Therapy has not returned to the original rate! Instead, there’s been just a small increase from the offer price, and sessions are now available for £35—making it a perfect time to invest in your well-being.

As we move into the year, I’m embracing a slow and intentional approach, but there are some exciting things on the horizon!
