Spring Renewal: Embrace Growth, Energy & Balance 


Spring is starting to bloom. I have been enjoying early mornings watching the birds collecting for their nests and the colour coming back to the world. Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and fresh energy—a perfect time to actually start making moves on the things you would like to create or change this year. During my own still winter I reflected on what I would like to birth in to this year. Growing my Somatic Hypnotherapy services was a key part of last year and that continues to go from strength to strength. This year I want to continue that growth and now also expansion by reintroducing some of my more spiritual and holistic services so people can access support in the way that feels most in alignment for them. So I am excited to announce the addition of Three renewed services available to book now along side my Somatic Hypnotherapy or Nurture Map coaching sessions.

  • Shamanic Journey – you let me know what you would like me to journey about, I will journey to retrieve guidance and healing on your behalf. 

  • Tarot Readings – explore energies and messages needed in your situation right now with tarot readings to help illuminate your situation. 


 

Managing Stress with Seasonal Change 


Although things are starting to get moving now spring is here this does not mean the need to rush and stress ourselves out. This is a time to take the steps to lay the foundation for the summer days to come. Be mindful and pace yourself were possible. Don't forget to take some time for yourself and find gratitude in the small things. 

 

Spring Renewal & Reflection 


During the slower moments you may want to use the time to reflect on the past season. What have you learned? What do you want to cultivate moving forward? Asking your body, you heart, Journaling, meditation, and mindful walks can help you gain clarity. 


Releasing Stored Stress 


If you do notice stored stress in your body work through it with the use of somatic practices, energy work, and mindful movement, you can gently release tension and restore balance. 

Try these exercises to discharge stress front he body: 

Shake the body all over  

Dance  

Bring the shoulders to the ears, scrunch right before relaxing/releasing them quickly notice the difference in feelings  

Unclench your jaw
